J&J has built industry leading mobile units for doing FULL mobile recertifications, post job inspections in the field on all flow iron, manifolds, junk catchers, ESD’s, valves and everything related to flow iron products.

Levels of Inspection

Levels of inspection performed by J&J Pressure Management are dependent upon Customer Specified Recertification Levels 1, 2 and 3: Visuals, Ultrasonic Wall Thickness (UT), Hydrostatic Pressure Test (PT) Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)

All High Pressure Iron that is tested through J&J Pressure Management is recorded and stored online through a personal client database website specific to each customer. This allows our clients access 24/7 to their Iron and hose inspections. This database, powered by Genesis QMS, allows customers not only to view NDE certifications, but it also tracks inventory history and wear on iron over time. Graphs and reports are generated throughout the expected life of the iron. Consistent and reliable reporting is key to any audit.
