J&J’s inspection processes ensure a customer’s High Pressure Iron equipment is free of flaws, damages, defects, or excessive wear that would render the equipment out of conformance and unsafe for use under high pressure application.

On Site Mobile Hyrdotesting Testing Services

At J&J Pressure Management we have an on site mobile hydrotesting trailer with full capability of our own on-board fluid source, data logging electronic gauges, ID tag engraving system and mobile pump with capabilities of 30,000 PSI.

Levels of inspection performed by J&J Pressure Management are dependent upon customer specified recertification.
Levels 1, 2 and 3: Visuals (VT), Ultrasonic Wall Thickness (UT), Hydrostatic Pressure Test (PT) Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
